Today it's a rainy and cold, dark, evening...it's comfort food time. Chicken soup with peas, in a rich broth with tamari, shiro miso, powdered turmeric, tomato paste, dried chives and sesame seeds to garnish. It only lacked a fresh chilli pepper but the ones I found today at the supermarket were from Morocco and I obviously let them there, fuck them. It was really good...finally, a decent dinner I can enjoy.⏱ 1w↩
