SylveonXGlaceon Day 53/500 of weight loss complete She drank the single cup of very salty water today. It nearly made me puke. Had to dilute it with more water just to get it down. Oh yeah she forgot to mention why she's trying to drink all her salt and potassium at once now. She just noticed herself drinking less water when she should actually be drinking more. If the water she drinks isn't salty outside of a single cup then she'll drink more. Really bad to be dehydrated when fasting. Another thing. She forgot to walk yesterday. She'll make up for it over the next few days with longer walks. If it continues when you're starving yourself at underweight bmi then it's an eating disorder. If it's something that stops when you hit your goal weight, and assuming your goal weight isn't something unhealthy and underweight, then it's just a useful coping mechanism and not a real eating disorder. >and fapping I can only do once a day. Weak. She can go like 3-7 times a day easily. She knows. Perfectionism and this all or nothing attitude is why it took so long for her to get here. But why mention body dysmorphia? She's pretty sure she doesn't have it. She's very aware that she's still fat and she's not chasing some arbitrary thinspo ana look. She's just looking to get to the middle of healthy bmi for like the first time in her adult life. She's not sure where the delusion/body dysmorphia might be? But maybe these were just comments in general and not a reply to me.

>But why mention body dysmorphia? As I said in the original post, you haven't addressed any contributing factor as to why all of this is happening. You've set yourself for the next 440 days (plus the weight goal), but what happens after that? What do you see the new you doing? What if it's not what you planned? Body dysmorphia plays a big role in all of this. I'm saying it to you since we have a history, and I want you to succeed. Ofc it's also a general thing, but I doubt many read it. It's my experience. All of it. You need to know what happens after this, else the journey is more of a competition. You need to create your new normal. You need to know who you want to become.
