How did Super Supportive explode as much as it did? I'm currently reading it and it starts really slow, prioritizing characterization instead of plot and the protagonist constantly getting wins and overcoming obstacles. Is it just because it's so well written that it can afford to ignore all the RR posting meta and still blow up like that?
