I'm losing my mind already. It's just too much, you really can't understand how deep you're in this vicious cycle until you try to cut it off like this, I sometimes go 3 or 4 days randomly but it happens because I'm too busy or don't think about it: stopping porn/beating it on purpose without being busy is hellish.
