I’m doing ok, realistically my TDEE is closer to 3500 with all the fuckton of walking I’m doing and I’m not actually eating 6000 this trip it’s just the potential that’s scary >6000 is a fuckton of food For a lot of people on this thread probably not, that’s why we’re here in the first place. 1 pizza alone can be 3000 let alone sides drinks and sweet stuff, and I’ve had former fat days where I’ve had that for dinner plus junk food for lunch. Plus on a trip there’s so much local food to try, plus all the snacks you can get from markets, and if you’re travelling with the boys you can easily get 2k just in alcohol alone each night if you’re getting sugary cocktails⏱ 20h↩ 1
