This week's meal prep I decided to switch it up from baked chicken/potatoes/vegetables even if the macros aren't as good with something else. Made a franken-version of Persian jeweled rice with candied orange peels, toasted almonds and cranberries, sugar caramelized with turmeric, and some italian sausage I needed to get rid of thrown in there. It looks festive and tastes nice but it's not authentic in the slightest.⏱ 6d↩
