"Manual disimpaction" is what they call it when you go to the ER because you haven't shit for 12 days and your shit is now rigid and/or the muscles of your intestines unable to move it and so they get the nurse with the smallest hands (invariably a Philipina) to reach up into your asshole and pull the shit out. It can often be billed as "manual disimpaction" and might run you 1200 or 1400 bucks on its own these days, plus the associated "told a doctor what was wrong" fees. If you "slip in the garage" and get a screwdriver or length of garden hose or cucumber stuck up your ass in way that you can't remove it yourself they will still call Marisol in to do her thing but they don't call it disimpaction any more.⏱ 12m↩ 1
