Unironically, how do I get a job if I have >10 yoe but my knowledge and skills are still mid level at best? I don't have the skills listed in any senior job descriptions but my resume gets auto rejected from mid and junior level roles because I have too much experience. I only have my current job because the company I work for was desperate to hire anyone and the pay fucking sucks.
