Problem with that is that this doesn't just affect social media, it affects any operating system, application or web service, no matter the size, if you don't verify yourself you will be automatically categorized as a minor and get at restricted experience. This will definitely kill 4chan, funnily enough the big tech platform like social media will have all the tools to comply with the regulations, most of it is already implemented, it will be the medium and small websites and projects that will be fucked over the most, no more anonimity for you either.

What's stopping me from making a website that doesn't comply with their regulations? What, are they going to aggressively take me down? Better prepare for a whole new influx of people coming over to the dark web then!
