hmm, ig i'll ask here since i dont wanna kill a thread for it anyways, a burger food truck wants me to come in for an interview, and i'm terrified of fucking up since i never worked in any food industry or cooked for anyone else [my resume has an entry called "basic cooking skills" lmao] and as a bonus, i've never worked with beef... most of my experience is various bread products and, like, asian poultry stuff i'm so fucked on this job, aren't i? :)
