Хз где спросить, спрошу тут - сегодня когда хотел уснуть, пытался остаться в сознании. В итоге доходил до какого-то момента, ощущение было будто проваливаюсь куда-то, в голове начинался шум, дрожь, сердце начинало колотиться, после нихуя. Два раза так было, после чего повернулся и просто уснул. Это сонный паралич был? Или хуевая попытка в ос попасть?
