𓀐 @rngUFdw3: If Peter (who is also named Satan in v. 23 and denied Jesus multiple times, even AFTER his resurrection (Galatians 2)) is named the rock on which Christ's church is built, then Matthew 7:24-27 makes no sense. Rather, >And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ. - 1 Corinthians 10:4 "Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And [the Apostles] said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved." - Acts 16:31+

𓀐 @KwWX~rsX: SylveonXGlaceon Day 48/500 of weight loss complete She ate a lot of onions (not onions) and now her farts smell like onions. Every day little by little she feels like the salty water makes her have to poop water less. If she drinks too much at once it'll still send her to the bathroom within 30 minutes but sipping it throughout the day seems to not hurt. She doesn't drink it on days she eats. No point really. Walked yesterday and she'll walk again today.+

𓀐 @pCwzZXtd: Trust me, you probably want the implants. Do your own research and decide whats best, but if you just get a lift with no added volume its high but weirdly flat and empty still, just not quite right. Especially when you get more lean you'll be lacking that volume and even if everything's pulled up proper you wont get that top to bottom 1/3 to 2/3 ratio+

𓀐 @AQRtpnM7: >on a 1000 cal deficit so 1900 calories a day >eat 200 g of protein a day >going from 240 to 230 >lose 8lbs of fat and 2 lb of lean mass >eat the exact same amount of calories >same amount of protein >working out more and putting on more weights >go from 230 to 220 lbs >somehow I'm losing the weight way faster >I lost 7 lbs of fat and 3 lbs of lean mass How in the world am I suddenly losing weight way faster and depleting more lean mass despite keeping everything the exact same and progressively overloading my workouts?+ 2

𓀐 @B_ztB-cW: let me tell you one thing: sports i think about you and imagine just by moving around you're benching perma but i want to show you that in the other extreme exist people like me that do too much physical exercise everyday no fat gets to be there more than a day, in fact, you realize eating is the worst thing ever cause it makes your body perform worse so you avoid it so much than you have no fat to burn and you lose weight in muscle mass... i have to force feed myself through the day to maintain, but if i were lardy ofc i wouldn't be seeing any meaningful performance to fuel my passion for it (sportswise) tl;dr move more+

𓀐 @~jkTe5R=: Any scientists in the thread help me out Advice is usually ‘even if you’re dieting if you go on holiday just relax and enjoy yourself’ but I can genuinely eat and drink 6000 calories a day if I’m away. Hypothetically, if I ate 6k calories per day on a 2 week holiday, and my normal TDEE is 2000, with a 800 calorie deficit on a diet, does this mean this one holiday will wipe out all progress for 70 days, or is there more to it than that?+ 1
