5 дней как заинтересовался темой. Вчера попробовал непрямой метод Радуги, и собственно результат для меня не совсем очевиден, и я не до конца понимаю, был ли это ОС или же сон про ОС. Начну с того, что при пробуждении(или его иллюзии) я уже находился будто бы в тумане. Сразу начал выполнять технику, раскручивал себя и к моему удивлению я сразу начал кружиться. Приподнялся на кровати, все поплыло еще дальше и я вспомнил что мне нужно углубиться и потер руки. Стало немного легче и я слез с кроват…
