Кто пользуется ssild, можете пояснить, хорошо работает? Спать нужно 4-5ч, т.е. меньше, чем на непрямые техники? Бодрствовать тоже надо меньше, т.к. написано сонливость до конца лучше не сбрасывать. Что делать после циклов, просто пытаться уснуть? И как всё это отстраненно пытаться делать? Сделал 6 циклов, ни разу не прервался, посторонних мыслей не было из-за того что регулярно думал про время выполнения
