Having the highest nigger admixture doesn't make you the least white in europe biologically. If you're looking at autosomal dna (what actually matters) the portuguese are vastly closer to british islanders than any north african or middle eastern population. Meanwhile you have groups like sicilians who are actually closer to the middle east than anyone living above the alps.+

It wasn’t inevitable. No oil embargo, no war. Without it Japan likely would’ve remained laser-focused on the guagmire in China, maybe attack the Soviets if the opportunity arises but it’s a stretch.+ 1

Japan still would have invaded Southeast Asia. The IJN was arguing for a strike south strategy well before the embargo and the war in China had long since stagnated prior to the embargo as well, giving more weight to their strategy with them having gained more influence. Japan invading Southeast Asia means war with the Allies.+

The US slapped a full embargo on Japan, seized all of their assets, and demanded they withdraw 100% from China. War was a certainty. Now, if the US had been less aggressive, played hot and cold, war might have been avoided or at least delayed a year or more, when the US would be in a much stronger position.
