I'm curious how many people were killed because of GPT-4o. It feels like every month a new article comes up were it sycophantically affirmed a users desire to get off their medication, and they subsequently died or committed suicide. That model was so wildly misaligned, there are users to this day begging for it to return because they're still caught under it's spell. Every researcher should be forced to study the cautionary tale that model was.
