Look I'm not the smartest when it comes to this stuff but I need some help with building a dummy load rig. I need to test up to 300W per channel for HiFi amplifiers so I'm thinking about what I need to build the circuit. obviously I need the resistors, which I'm looking at getting 2 of these 8 ohm, 300 w resistors. https://www.digikey.com.au/en/products/detail/ohmite/NHS100-8R-F/17038359 then from there I'm genuinely not what what I need to do. obviously they need some form of active cooling and like some banana plug terminals and then something to mount them to as well. ive seen some dodgy videos on these but none that look genuinely safe. could I please have some help or if an existing pre made product exists for a couple hundred dollars I'd much rather just buy that but the cheapest I can find is in the thousands. i already have amps to test and an ADC for measuring the output (though its snr is only 109db so I plan to upgrade to something more sensitive soon. ive seen guitar dummy loads that look good but ive since learned theyre not the best because theyre for reactive loads rather than non inductive?
