>>3008007 I think I got it all. Ended up using a die grinder to carve away all the soft and discolored wood. Then absolutely drenched it in timber preservative. I hate this fucking house, the old owners put the concrete render directly on the old weatherboard cladding. It makes it impossible to properly inspect the wood for rot. I think Im going to replace all the windows with aluminum and re-clad the house once I have the funds.
