No. it was an affirmative action state for low class whites. most white Rhodesia were from the bottom of British society (cockneys, scousers, yorkshire mystery meat). In Britain they were nobody's at the bottom of the social hierarchy. In Rhodesia, they had protected status and guaranteed employment. So even a milkman from Leeds could become a manager.
