Im pretty new to pcb design, but ive made some pcbs and know a bit about electrical engineering. recently i have designed an ESC for a brushless motor, especially to be field oriented control capable. This includes an external "smart" gate driver, inline current sensing, and lots of feedback to the mcu. i took great care in choosing the parts, ratings, mcu pins with dma, and so many little things that i really want to have done perfect, but face difficulties making decision about the layout. I looked at a lot of examples but each time i learn about a new phenomenon and how to not deal with it. i have no idea if or how to deal with switching noise, how to wire my analog current sense to not be influenced by the switching noise and many similar examples. i have become stifled and don't know what to do; maybe this project is to ambitious for me, but i really find it interesting.
