How do you deal with someone who is fat but doesnt want to listen to anything. My brother wants to diet, we are the same height he weighs about 230lbs and I weigh 170lbs. So im telling him about what I do to diet. Calculate my calorie goals, eating less than that, working out, etc. He has a list of excuses everytime >2000 calories is too little. Id get light headed >I cant not eat breakfast. I have to eat something >macros dont sit with me, I can eat protein but fats and carbs make me bloated >if I work out then it makes me hungry Is it even worth trying to convince him that hes wrong? Everything I say he says "I tried that and it didnt work". Makes me want to yell when ive lost weight, am continuing to lose weight, and he thinks the absolute basics dont apply to him. Meanwhile he eats chips, drinks diet soda like its water, and constantly tries to rationalize eating mcdonalds
