You'd have about 80% of visible light left, but 16% of stellar flux overall. Keeping the water clear would be a challenge, and any container, dome, or roof would need to be cleaned regularly to remove martian dust. You'd get a unique vista for sure, but I don't know if it would be compelling one — unless it leaked: then you'd definitely have a very uncompelling view and a serious problem.
