Had two fresh mackerel fillets I dind't know how to use, so I improvised. I steamed them very quickly so I could easily remove the bones, then I cooked some dried porcini mushrooms in garlic infused EVO oil with their filtered soaking water, then I added the mackerel to make a sauce + dash of tamari at the end.
