Problem with that is that this doesn't just affect social media, it affects any operating system, application or web service, no matter the size, if you don't verify yourself you will be automatically categorized as a minor and get at restricted experience. This will definitely kill 4chan, funnily enough the big tech platform like social media will have all the tools to comply with the regulations, most of it is already implemented, it will be the medium and small websites and projects that will be fucked over the most, no more anonimity for you either.

𓀐 @eS4kndN9: the legal famework to even begin to try to enforce any of this this has more holes than swiss cheese. the focus will be on the big players in tech/social media because they have the biggest money and liability painted on their backs. it will get tied up in years of lawsuits and injunctions from every litigator under the sun, and the little guy will continue to ride in the margins just like is already happening with state age laws, just like is going on several decades with music industry kikes and dmca, just like what happened in prohibition, just like what happened in fucking roman sumptuary laws. we love to signal civic virtues while leaving the root behavior unaddressed and impossible to enforce because there's one public servant shaneequa for every thousand violators and she's more interested in doing her nails that morning than writing up a bad goy rap sheet for you specifically. and no I am not anonymous but it literally doesn't matter, my ssn dob name address credit history are all out there and leaked and nobody cares. my isp is more than happy to take my money and shut the fuck up. nothing ever happens+
