𓀐 @Fy9yNf=N: Had two fresh mackerel fillets I dind't know how to use, so I improvised. I steamed them very quickly so I could easily remove the bones, then I cooked some dried porcini mushrooms in garlic infused EVO oil with their filtered soaking water, then I added the mackerel to make a sauce + dash of tamari at the end.+

Today I wanted to taste this rice again in two separate bowls: one with the bold mushroom condiment, the other with plain gohan, dressed with just a little EVO oil and a pinch of salt to better appreciate the characteristics of this variety. 𓀐 @L_~fbr-p: Today it's a rainy and cold, dark, evening...it's comfort food time. Chicken soup with peas, in a rich broth with tamari, shiro miso, powdered turmeric, tomato paste, dried chives and sesame seeds to garnish. It only lacked a fresh chilli pepper but the ones I found today at the supermarket were from Morocco and I obviously let them there, fuck them. It was really good...finally, a decent dinner I can enjoy.+
